Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t log in
- Check your network connection.
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
- If the issue persists, please email us with your device model, iOS version, and the login method you used (Google / Kakao / Apple / LINE).
My scores have disappeared
- Reconnect to the internet and relaunch the app — it will sync with the server automatically.
- If records are still missing, please email us with the club name and the date of the records.
I want to delete my account
- Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app.
- If you have trouble, you can also request deletion via email.
